2023年，惠州市殘聯創新提出“醫療為基，教導為翼，康復為橋”的殘疾兒童康復體系，經過近兩年的摸索實踐，該形式已初退休宅設計見成效。從0-8歲殘疾兒童康復干預到學齡期特別教導，惠州市構建起全鏈條“醫康教”一體化中醫診所設計融會服務網絡，同時滿足了殘疾兒童在醫療、康復與教導上的需求。
在“醫康聯動”方面，康復中間與惠州市第一婦幼保健院樹立轉介綠色通道，與惠州市第二國民醫院在心思培訓、評估識別與篩查轉介等方面樹立了雙向一起配合機制。醫院初篩評估后，由康復中間對孩子進行精準評估并制訂康復計劃。康復老師還會反向為醫院醫護團隊分送朋友“醫康融會”經商業空間室內設計驗，實現醫護人員與康復教師雙向才能共建。
在“教康融會”方面，康復中間先后與9家幼兒園聯合開展游戲、扮演、戶外實踐等活動，打破社交壁壘、晉陞融會才能。康復中間孤獨癥部部長高丹介紹，通過一年的融會實踐，已有14名兒童從半日融會轉為全日融會，順利進進普幼或普小。

一系列實踐換來豐碩結果：多數學生在言語、運動、社交等方面才能明顯晉陞，問題行為減少，家長負擔減輕且滿意度高。2025年聽障生單招單考中，該校7名學子所有的圓夢年夜學，此中2人順利考進本科院校；2025年啟智職高部的畢業生就業率亦達到80%，此中3名孤獨癥學天生功就業。
